I have seen many people come and go But one thing that has always been true is that this family owned company goes above and beyond to treat all of their customers like they are part of the family . There is something special about mom and pop shops because they are dedicated and hardworking members of the community that always let you know you matter! They do both installation, troubleshooting, and of course sell supplies at their local stores. I needed assistance with a Dolphin pool cleaning robot. I took the robot to Pinch-a-penny and they informed me because the robot was still under warranty that I should expect a lengthy repair process. As a DIY'r I've been tackling my home pool repairs for 30+ years. Depending upon where I lived...finding a pool supply store that had solid knowledge of a customers needs...was tough. My latest project was to fix a slow water pump leak. So a couple of trips to the Coral Shores location of Keller Pools and I was set. The last piece and whether it was the right piece was in question. So, and this was the surprise, Keller Pool's "Josh" said he'd come over, bring the part and make sure it's right. He knew I lived close. Well he not only brought the right part...he reassembled the entire pump..."to make sure it works and doesn't leak." WOW! Thank you Josh! Thank you Keller Pools! read more

This pool service company is operating under bad faith. I shopped around and did my research (so I thought). I used them for a new liner, and Royal pool service for the maintenance (same ownership). It was leaking immediately afterwards. I ended up paying $1k more than they originally quoted and had me sign bc they had to come back out to fix the leak of the unsuccessful repair they did. Should have been done first time around since we paid over $4k. With that repair I paid for them to make pool blue again. Well, since it leaked again (due to their incompetence) it turned green with me having to refill again. They came back out and charged me another $533 to make the pool blue AGAIN. An unauthorized charge. We had already paid their same company $500+ that same month to make it blue. Since they did not properly fix it they charged me tenfold. They were not authorized to charge my card an additional fee for their incompetence. This company will upcharge you for every little thing and not care if it's ethical. This is ILLEGAL. They ended up telling me my husband authorized. Which he did not. They could not provide any documentation proving such. I gave them 5 days to make this right before reporting them with my bank. They kept telling us they were waiting on their owner and acknowledged it was not right. I would never use this company. Oh, btw I waited about 4 months from the time I paid a deposit until they finally came to just wait another week for them to pump pool and "repair" for it to literally leak again to just charge me 1k more. If this company is anywhere near my property again- it is trespassing and you will be charged. 5500$+ down the drain. What a nightmare. I will be going through the court process in accordance to civil courts. They should be ashamed of themselves doing this to disabled Vets who live on a budget. DO NOT USE. read more

Recently replaced tile and surface of our 15 year old pool. Keller Pools, Gary, Steve and Michele from start to finish did a fabulous job. Professional staff, excellent pricing ( out of five estimates) very reasonable. Tradesmen were polite and talked us through any questions we had along the way. We called Keller at the beginning of August and requested an estimate on a pool build. The receptionist responded with "The owner does all of the estimates himself. He isn't in right now and sets his own schedule so I don't know when he'll be here or when you can get your estimate but I'll leave a note with your number on his desk" She proceeded to tell us that he would call a week before the appt and again the day before to make sure we would be home. Its the middle of October and we are still waiting for that call. We did however eventually sign a contract with a competitor of Keller. That company was busy but scheduled us immediately, showed up when they were supposed to, and have been responsive every single time we've had an inquiry or concern. I called your establishment to see if you guys installed above ground pools and to get a estimate, your receptionist transferred me to the person that handles those matters. Well needless to say i never received a phone call back. So i called back two day's later and i heard the receptionist being asked a question what do they want, and she said an above ground pool and transferred me to i have no clue. I will tell you being in the service industry, customer service is number 1. You claim customer service is your thing, however it's clearly not. Keller pools came to replace my vinyl pool liner and I have never had such a terrible experience. They over charged me by $4000 and it was not even installed correctly. The liner ended up ripping again in only 2 years. Keller pools came out to patch the rip and the patch fell off the next day. I would rather fill in my pool with dirt than deal with this company again. read more
