Now that I have been 4 times, I am not so happy any longer. They do not have any pork products other than a few frozen sausages. 95% of their meats are frozen, although they do keep a few beef items in the front display/refrigerated case. They sell mostly beef products, with a few items of lamb. I am very disappointed that they do not have pork: Pork shoulder, Boston butt, and St. Louis or baby back ribs. I have decided to go back to my previous "Go to" butcher - "Cracchiolo's" in Woodland - they have everything you need, none of it is frozen either.
