So I had to go through another lengthy on hold policy to get that reversed. She tried transferring me over to cancellations because it wasn't showing her that I had cancelled, but I told her I had email confirming and I wouldn't let her, knowing I'd be cut off again, and she agreed to reverse payment finally.
