She failed to connect with our daughter, she failed to keep her promises, and not once did she or her office reach out with updates or to schedule additional sessions. I was responsible for pushing them to do their job... it was an emotionally and financially draining experience that resulted in zero progress and much wasted time and effort. My advice, don't give up - find an alternative provider and never look back.

Please be careful I begged my Attorney to do a parental time evaluation and it was $16,000 and to…read moredate my jaw still drops. This Dr Todd Bennett was biased against me, deemed me as mental concerns with no diagnosis, interrogated me just like my ex-husband did. I was very honest throughout the entire evaluation and had 20 witnesses he never even called. He's appointed by the courts so he doesn't really see anything more than drama and bantering between spouses. I left a 16 year marriage because of safety, coercive control, abuse, they only want to hear about physical, not verbal and mental. My ex threatened me for 13 years and said he would kill me or by the house behind me if I ever left. Well here we are three years later and because of Dr Todd Bennett everything's happening to my son. My son is a victim of abuse and several abuse allegations, NOT from me, from him and I warned Dr. Bennett and also my attorneys that my ex is going to isolate my child, just like he did me and stalked me for two years and broke into my home with his ex convict connections, I paid $40,000 for a private investigator, IT specialist, analysis and I was even with 17 witnesses. now my ex is intentionally trying to get my 12 year old son kicked out of school, bribes him, grooms him, and its ignored. My son has 50-50 home stays due to Dr. Bennett's inconsistencies and self-absorbed accusations, and my son is declining to date and nobody will help because of his in accurate report. My ex still slanders me to this day, he tries to use this report against me with people at church, my job, and it's a constant "smear campaign". Your family will be advised two weeks after the report is received that you can't share the actual report or it's contempt of court. Go figure today I am still being abused by my ex verbally, emotionally, and mentally because of this man. Be careful everyone; the biased report is a real thing that will change your life. I refuse to live in fear and live in the past and to date I can't get my son to help he needs because of his bogus report and inconsistencies. The police even tried to put my innocent 10-year-old son in twice when he's called 911- twice in person calling him a liar. This man needs to stop doing PTEs He needs to learn what coercive control and sociopathic retaliation is. Thank you for ruining my son's life!
