My significant other has been a patient for a long time and convinced me that I should try Dr. Randall. Was I apprehensive... you bet - and have even waited until I have had three visits and the third lasted more than two hours in the dental chair doing two crowns. --Before writing this review. C'mon... face it - Nobody likes going to the Dentist... How many comments are prefaced with "I'd rather eat poop - Instead of getting a Root Canal". Well... I don't like going either, but it is the lesser of two evils sometimes... A toothache or the Dentist???? So... after waiting two weeks after my long afternoon in the Dentist Chair... I am still with Temporary Crowns... (the best I have EVER had) and have not one issue so far. I have forgot that they are Temporary so many times, that they have had a tough workout. ------ I will update this review... I follow up after all this work is done and give a fair and objective review when it is all complete... but so far, it has been the best Dentist experience I can say I remember! and I have an AARP card.

He kept poking with excessive force this sharp object on my bottom molar shaking my head left to right. He did it 3 to 4 times then he said my filling is broken and i should have it fixed. My teeth were perfectly fine until he did that, now that tooth hurts. I've been to many dentists and that's not how they inspected my teeth. This guy is clearly a fraud just wanting to make money.

I don't usually write reviews but want to share my experience in the hope that it may help anyone…read morethat may be on the fence about having this done. I just finished having full upper and lower 3 on 6 dental implants at the Utah Smile Clinic. The procedure and outcome exceeded all my expectations. I now have upper and lower teeth that don't just sit on top of my gums but are under my gums like normal teeth. Here is a brief summary for those who do not want to read the entire review. Mid June I flew to Utah from Maryland where under anesthesia Dr Randy Roberts pulled all of my teeth, placed metal posts and temporary teeth. I flew home the following morning. I returned 3 months later and stayed 1 week while Dr Paul Child prepared and installed the permanent implants tweaking and making sure that my bite and the aesthetics of my implants were perfect. All of this was done in a state of the art, clean, up to date facility with a warm and friendly staff by skilled caring dentists for less than half of what it would have cost me in Maryland even with the added cost of hotel and airfare. I feel like I have my own teeth. My teeth look real. I can smile and eat anything I want. It can't get any better than that! Background: I will be 80 years old in a few months. I have multiple medical problems that are well controlled. Partly related to medication. In recent years I had several teeth break off and knew I had to do something soon. I reluctantly decided I would prefer to have all my teeth pulled rather than needing to spend hours and months in a dental chair having painful procedures for the rest of my life. I was only willing to do so if I was able to find a way to have permanent dentures. I had in the past removable bridges and they were very uncomfortable. There are numerous ads that claim to "Restore Your in A Day". Some were simply dentures that snapped in or dentures that were permanently fixed but annually had to be removed for cleaning and then re-cemented at a cost of about $1000 each time. I didn't like the All on 4 option because bone was trimmed and there was still artificial gum. I had 2 implants and the teeth sit on top of the gum so feel and look much more natural. That's what I was hoping to find. I had consultations with several dentist in Maryland where I reside. The estimates from ones who thought they could do a full mouth restoration were exorbitant. Even with loans I could pay those prices. I kept searching for options such as going to Mexico or Thailand to have it done but with Covid that option wasn't viable. I had given up hope and didn't know what I was going to do (most likely nothing except have teeth pulled when they became infected and live with the teeth I had left). It was difficult to eat with broken and missing teeth, if my picture was taken I would smile with a closed mouth or stick something in the empty spaces to look like teeth. Then I discovered the 3 on 6 procedure developed by Dr Randy Roberts at the Utah Smile Clinic. The price was half that of the lowest price I found here in Maryland. My first fear was that I would not be taken as a patient because of my medical problems and my age especially because I was from out of state. My second fear was that there might not be as much focus on aesthetics for someone of my age. Both fears were totally unfounded. Dr Roberts and Dr Child are both perfectionists. The results far out weighed my expectations.

He did the surgery and it didn't come close to resolving my receding gum and I wasted $400 out of pocket. With insurance it cost $1,500 for the surgery and now I have to go to a periodontist to pay another $1,550 out of network for a gum graft procedure. Had his pin hole methods worked liked he claimed then I wouldn't have to pay twice the cost for the same issue. I've called him to ask if he could partially cover the cost of this next treatment and he has been extremely rude and refused to help in any way knowing his procedure didn't correct it and is now telling me it can't be fixed, which is a lie, because his procedure didn't work. I would not recommend Ryan McNeil to anyone looking for a cosmetic dentist. He over promises and under delivers and then won't make it right with his patients.
