This month, my car was broken into resulting in damage to my window and it's chrome frame. She went above and beyond on her Friday afternoon to make sure that I was well taken care of and make sure that I was fully aware of my options. Her patience was a game changer. I'd give six stars if I could.

I figured out pretty quickly the quality of care depends on who is the aide and who are the office…read morepeople. Many places have miscommunication with staff and clients. It's easier to just talk with aid directly to avoid confusion. Also the staff should act more professional not arguing or interrupting clients on phone. They dont seem to know what's going on. Why would you schedule an aide when the client isn't home? Most clients especially regulars see many healthcare providers. They need to schedule what works for the provider not the aid. If hours don't work for an aide find an aide that will be available. Don't tell the client they can not attend important appointments that they wait months for just because 1aid doesn't want to wake up early. Also saying that the client needs to go with the times they have available and if that doesn't work then to go without them or use a different agency after they agreed to take you.

A lot of times dental practices are acquired by financial firms who raise prices extremely high, especially considering the cost of living in the local area. Office staff is extremely unhelpful. I've been trying to get payment from my insurance company for…read morethe last 6 months. I repeatedly called the dental office to plead with them to submit the claim since the insurance company said they had never received one, was told 4 times they would get right on it and call me back, no call back. Would wait another couple weeks and call them again, same result. As of this writing I still have nothing. Last summer, I needed a visit, called the office several times, answering machine said to leave a message and they would get right back with me. I left several over the course of several days, it took them over a week to get back with me, darn good thing it wasn't an emergency. I also tried emailing as their website suggested when I couldn't get through on the phone, and it took about 2 weeks for me to receive an email from them. They go out of their way to get you in as a patient, but once you're there, the helpfulness stops cold. My advice, steer clear of this office and find another dentist.
