There seemed to be a constant turnover of dentists, which made it difficult to receive consistent care. My biggest concern came after one of the newer dentists worked on my front tooth. I had three fillings come out within approximately two weeks. After returning and still not having the issue successfully resolved, I requested a refund. My request was refused. I also specifically asked for the owner, Dr. John, to contact me so I could discuss what happened and hopefully resolve the situation directly. I never received a call back. After being a longtime patient, I found this extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice now seems much more focused on promoting veneers, cosmetic procedures, and additional services than on the jbasic restorative dental care that originally kept me coming back. I would strongly encourage potential patients--especially anyone needing fillings or restorative dental work--to ask questions about who will actually be performing the treatment, their experience, and what the practice will do if the dental work fails shortly afterward. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after losing three fillings in such a short period of time, being denied a refund, and receiving no response from the owner, I felt other patients should be aware of my experience before choosing this practice

Looked up numerous emergency dentists and they were closed on weekends. Called Dr. Josh and he personally answered the phone and two hours later I was at his office. After a thorough exam he suggested a partial root canal. He was able to drill through my ceramic cap and clean out the root and infection and put in a filling. The whole procedure took a little over an hour and was painless. He provided me with antibiodics and over the counter pain pills. It's now been 8 days and everything is going great. I work during the day, so the extended hours were the whole reason I chose this office. What they don't tell you is that they apparently don't perform actual dental treatment after 5 PM. That only came up after I was already in the chair and had X-rays taken. So I took time off work, showed up in good faith, went through diagnostics, and then was told the treatment I came for wouldn't be done. At that point, I said I wanted to leave and declined anything further. Instead of a straightforward exit, I felt pressured to stay and continue with consultation while still sitting in the treatment chair, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. On top of that, I was charged more than the referral price printed on the referral card my partner gave me, which made the whole experience feel even more misleading. Because of all of this, I went more than a week without treatment which I scheduled with a different practice. Instead of offering to actually schedule the procedure, Dr. Charmaine wanted to bring me back in for yet another consultation! This wasn't just a scheduling issue. If there are real limitations on when treatment is available, and if pricing differs from what's quoted, that needs to be clearly disclosed upfront. Patients rely on that information when making decisions. I'd strongly recommend confirming both treatment availability and pricing before booking here.

Most recently, my husband was told "we're going to do X-rays," with no clarification on the type or cost. He later found out he was charged out of pocket. When he raised the concern, the response was that it should have been explained - but nothing was done to fix it.
