Really hate having to leave a review like this, but you earned it Aaron Dagostino. You fell short…read moreon servicing my mother's claim in all areas. We had to stay on-top of you every step of the way to even get where we are today. All I want others to know is that you are not there to support your clients - period.

The new information comes from Jeff, an out-of-state claims agent on this case, that the detailed, itemized collision repair sheet shows my car was hit at high speed and the recorded damage to the rear bumper shows the that other driver's role is substantial. I was not ticketed in this incident, I believe I was faulted by State Farm for this accident wrongly. June 2018: My local agent, Aaron Dagostino, called me to object that I shouldn't have written this review because the local State Farm office is independent and shouldn't have to take responsibility for my experience with this claim. Moreover, Aaron considers the negative slander and libel against Aaron Dagostino State Farm, and, while not asking me to remove it, did offer to transfer my account to another local State Farm office. What would that solve? August 2018: State Farm, specifically Luis Flores, Claims Section Manager - Auto Injury (on corporate HQ letterhead; no direct phone number or e-mail address provided) is still ignoring my key question and sending me snippets of law on intersections. The intersection isn't the issue once it's cleared and a collision occurs due to speeding and distraction on another driver's part. Nor should State Farm have paid out to the other party, under Maryland's contributory negligence rule, a factor I've brought up numerous times in letters to State Farm, which Luis simply ignored. I have now been stonewalled by this corporation for nearly a year. Evidently, this is the "wear down the customer" and the "write from unidentified and distant offices" method of withholding fairness. Caveat emptor.
