They performed a procedure on my back that wasn't necessary after 2 Tulsa radiologist said that I didn't have any spinal fractures according to my MRI and X-rays! Max Dean Law recommended I find counsel to sue him for "Medical Battery" rather than malpractice! I finally got tired of trying to find an attorney to take my case regardless of the proof I had with my MRI and X-Rays prior to Doctor James Webb. Also James Webb is not a doctor, he's a radiologist! So my opinion is not to seek medical care from "Dr. James R. Webb & Associates on 71st Street in Tulsa. I personally think he's a "Quack!" P.S. He also plays guitar several times a week in Nashville. So I think he should stick with playing his guitar in Nashville and stop fooling people into thinking that they have spinal fractures when they don't! "BEWARE OF THIS GUY!"

He walked me out of court with a fine after being railroaded over a political matter, then filed an appeal and won a published opinion that not only reversed the decision, it remanded the decision to the court and forced that judge to overturn and dismiss all charges. Kevin just started a new website called fair-fees.legal that offers to walk people through a plea deal for $500.00. I do journalism and politics and I have talked to hundreds of people that were forced to pay thousands of dollars to attorneys only to find themselves being forced into a plea bargain because their original $8000 retainer was eaten up in a month. And that is enough to cover most jury trials. Kevin is about to disrupt the corrupt legal industry in Oklahoma and it is about time. Kevin Adams is the best attorney you can find for defense matters so do yourself a favor and get in touch with him if you find yourself in trouble.
