One of the employees, Linda, not only treated me with the most disgusting attitude, she threatened to psycially remove me from the facility, yelled my personal situation throughout her office where 4 or 5 other employees were working, and then had one of her co-workers call the police.Â
When the police arrived, Linda was standing up and shouting.  I am 7 months pregnant and felt threatened by her and the fact she tried to include everyone in the office in our disagreement.
The disagreement was over money, she told me I paid my bill Januray 1, when it was due on the 29th, and that I paid Februarys bill, not January's. (I even told her I screwed that up, but it was not good enough for her). I asked her to change my daughter's days to 4 days a week and no A.M. care for February. I was advised by Linda that she now has to do extra work by going in manually and fixing it, and told me I still owed $585. I didn't understand since I paid February's bill but not January and didn't understand why I pay more if in February the days would be changed. She screamed that she she did my application for me because I "came in on a frenzy" the first day to get my daughter enrolled.  I confided in her and told her my situation and she had no right to scream it through out the office, attempted to use Norwescap against me, and caused distress to my unborn child and myself.  This is not only unacceptable behavior , I feel it is also discrimination. Linda advised me that she did not have a boss or anyone to answer to, so this is where I am, reaching out to you. I would like to just pay the correct amount and move forward without having to deal with Linda. Update!
I was later sent an email that Linda had my daughter kicked out of the program, and the director won't even have the curtosy to call back. They condone this women's disgusting behavior!!!! Parents beware, DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more
