Zero complaints! Pro Tip: book using the Style Seat app, very easy. Alllll the deets: I've been getting lashes for almost a decade now, and going to Flawless for 6+months, so I have a lot of experience to compare... Lashes: My lashes always come out looking great - none of the issues I've seen at the chain type places like lashes sticking together (and I've had some BAD experiences). Gabby has made suggestions on classic vs. volume, length, shape, and curl level and we've found a style that complements my eyes. She also gave me some new tips on how to clean and maintain them with minimal effort, and I haven't had any issues with damage to my natural lashes (so important!) Studio: The location is great (middle of the Domain if you want to get some shopping done) and you can browse the boutique before and after your appointment. Her studio is cute, comfy, clean and welcoming. Booking & logistics: It's easy to book or change your appointments online. If you need very specific times I'd recommend doing it a couple weeks in advance. Gabby's always on time, which everyone can appreciate:) Overall great place, beware you will get addicted!

I came in with such a horrible experience from my last lash tech. I initially just wanted to get them ALL removed, and never have to go through that experience again, but so happy that I decided to give it another try with Cas! Yes, my lashes look GREAT, but more importantly, I don't feel them AT ALL! I forget that I even have extensions. No burning, no stickiness, and minimal fallout (I only lost 1, and that's normal). Beauty is pain, but if done right, there shouldn't be any lash damage from extensions. Which is why I plan on going to Cassie only. *P.S. Cassie is so sweet and easy to talk to! I immediately just wanted to be friends with her! *P.S.S. Her shop is supppppperrrr cute and plush! Def IG worthy!
