We contracted Davis Kitchen and Tile to remodel two bathrooms in February of 2026. At the…read morebeginning they were very responsive, conducting professional meetings, presentations and agreements to perform the work we were seeking. We provided them with our desired timeline of completion by father's day weekend in June (4 months) to which they agreed was more than reasonsable. We put down a deposit for the work and that's when problems began. Despite several requests via email and voice mails requesting a projected start date, we were ingnored and our messages went without response. It wasn't until I requested to terminate the contract and get a refund that a representative from DKT contacted me, apologized for the problems, identifying unexpected personnel turnover as the reason for our problems but that work will be beginning on June 14 and will most likely be completed within three weeks. DKT did show up on the morning of June 14 and began demolition of one of the bathrooms, removing the shower, toilet and sink/vanity, a solid day's work. However, that's where work has stopped for the last 3 weeks. Now we have a semi-demolished bathroom, with material sitting on our walkway and are again experiencing unanswered messages regarding our projects. The chronic inconsistency, poor communication and lack of progress, as well as what seems to be habitual over-promising and under-delivering has made this entire process and experience one you should avoid.

Quite a charming man, and talks a good game, but there's nothing to back it up. After several unsuccessful calls I reached a very cordial employee at Bryner Doors who told me their schedule was booked for over a week. When I elaborated on my problem she was able to do a bit of shuffling and said her workers would be at my house the next morning at 9 a.m. They arrived at 8:30, went work immediately and were finished in about an hour. The guys were friendly, obviously knowledgeable and professional in every sense. The door works perfectly. I wish Mark Bryner Doors provided other home repairs.

Only trouble is they increased the price from $200 to now $300. When I called and said hat was not what I was told, she said that's a special order now. When I said I didn't want to pay that much she said too bad I am still going to charge you for a serve call and temporary clamp at $ 95. I called someone else and they came and fixed it at a much lower price. Said it was not a special order and they had it right on their service truck! This company is a rip off and I would leave the door broken before I would call them again. Nice how they do stuff and tell you later when they give you the partial bill to pay. They are the scum of business people!

The team coordinated suppliers and sub-contractors over a 6 week period. They were considerate of our privacy and kept dust and intrusions to a minimum. The cost was estimated accurately and while not inexpensive was in-line with local costs. Pete Rob and others are easy to speak to and responsive to requests. A few problems with the original design (done at Lowe's) were handled promptly and professionally. Recommended without reservation.
