This business submitted an amount of $850.00 for seamless gutters and required 1/2 the amount down then payment in full after completion. This was agreed upon and the company was given $425.00. The check was cashed 45 days ago. The business owner sent two emails saying he'd be at the home to put up the gutters but he never showed. Now he will not respond to any emails or phone calls. Whatever you do do not choose this company to complete a job on your home/business. If I could give this company a zero Stars review I would. I am not a person who puts reviews online but I don't want someone to fall into the same mistake I did. I met with Shane in July of 22 and they stated that they could have all the soffit repairs I needed to be completed in a weekend. I was going away so I paid them in full which looking back I wish I only paid the deposit. I paid Shane $4400 to have the soffits repaired on my rental building. Shane came and did one small section of a rental building. I was patient at first because Shane said that they had vehicle issues and sometimes that stuff happens. A few weeks went by and I still haven't heard anything so I reached out to them multiple times and they never answered. I called this company and texted them at least three times a week for a few months. Finally I threatened to take Shane to small claims court for him to finally answer me. Shane stated that they were in the "hospital with a medical emergency". Shane stated that he would be at my apartment building within a few weeks and I told them to feel better. Since that encounter in September I have not been able to contact them and no work has been done. Do not waste your time or your money because I now have to try to make contact with this company to try to get them to finish the job or take them to small claims court. read more
