My son bought a house that needed a little bit of love. The main bathroom was really in need of an overhaul. I chose Justin from the three companies that I contacted, and I am SO happy that I did! Justin was always quick to respond. He does the work as if he is doing it on his own home. If he finds something that wasn't apparent, he immediately lets you know about it and makes a recommendation on resolving the issue. He is honest and fair, and I always felt like I was working with a friend. We made a number of mid-project additions, and he took them in stride. The bathroom looks amazing now (new bath/shower, new toilet, new vanity and light fixtures, small configuration change to allow additional room for larger vanity, some new drywall and new tile, new door and trim). He did some additional drywall and flooring in another room which also looks amazing. I have the utmost respect for how he conducts himself in an industry that is kind of known for unprofessionalism and price gouging. I don't hesitate to recommend him and I have no doubt that you will be pleased with his ethics as well as his work product. read more

Highly recommend this company! Justin was able to renovate an oddly shaped half bath and turn it into a beautiful full bath. His carpentry and finish skills are amazing. Everything he does is top quality. He has since then renovated our other two bathrooms, installed new kitchen flooring and replaced many windows. Justin is highly skilled, honest and hard working. Do not hesitate to hire him for your next project. read more

Andy allowed me to peruse the styles, answered my questions and gave me brochures. I returned a few months later and gave Marina my drawings to get a baseline quote; I truly appreciated that she didn't feel that she had to question my choices because she was the "expert". I was happy with the estimate and, indeed, we came very close to that in the end. She did indeed use her expertise and relationships with the manufacturer in getting the precise cabinets and functional inserts that I wanted with regular meetings over several weeks . She kept me apprised of the production timing, arrival and delivery date. She also assisted in recommending contractors, cabinet hardware and stone & tile sources (they have nice starter selections at the shop but have access to many others). I am thrilled with my kitchen and when a flooding disaster destroyed many of the cabinets a year later she was able to pull up the past design and re-order the cabinets quickly (luckily insurance covered that cost!). I was equally impressed with all the other staff that helped with delivery and when Marina was not available. A class operation! PS. Stove wall still awaiting completion.

We tried to get it to work, but could not get water out of the 14 foot deep pipe. (It was clogged with sediment.) I contacted Caster Drilling via email on a Tuesday morning and was hoping to get a response by the following week. I was wrong. Trent, the owner himself, responded back 4 hours later. He came over that same evening to assess the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not make unnecessary recommendations. The next morning I had a quote, that was very reasonable. I accepted the offer on Wednesday. Friday, he brought in the equipment, drilled the well, ran the line to the house, wired it in, and setup the expansion tank with a 1 inch PEX outlet. I have NEVER had such clean and clear water in my life. The quality of workmanship and the quality of the well is first class. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done. I hope my experience helps you choose Caster Drilling, because I will never go anywhere else. ((Just ask him for a quote and you'll see he is the one you want to have doing the work.) Trent is definitely "World Class"!!!
