Kebab Lounge is a Pakistani halal restaurant with hookah. It is located off the road on a hill. Go up the road with the sign to Cloud 9 lodges. The mountain view is great and there are some outdoor seating. Service is a bit slow but it is friendly and the food is pretty good. A simple salad and raita is complimentary. They also have hookah. read more

The food is absolutely wonderful, made specifically for you, and worth the very long wait. The owner knocks himself (and you) out with his delicious authentic dishes. You go for the food, not the ambience. You are served in a motel lobby which has not been upgraded probably since the 80's. You will sit at a folding table with paper napkins, but real plates and cutlery. Water is served in bottles. No alcohol, but call in advance, it might be "byob". Definitely try this place out. Allow at least 1/2 hour before you are served, possibly an hour. We brought games to play. read more

This is the absolute best. It's fresh. It's authentic. Go here. You'll wait because nothing is ready. The guy that runs it is amazing. It's a bit of an adventure as far as the seating and dining room go, BUT OH MY GOD!!! The food is gonna just blow your mind. If you don't go here you are missing out. It is not fine dining. The guy who cooks is also the waiter and owner. If you're even Pakistani -curious... go. You'll be happy. read more

Wow, amazing food, but is this place sketchy looking. The service was slow, painfully slow, but very friendly. We were a bit concerned for our safety when we drove up to what appeared to be an abandoned motel, and initially wondered if all of the positive reviews were fake, but were seriously impressed with the authentic food once it was served. It is spicier than the Americanized version we normally get from other Pakistani/Indian restaurants, but it is excellent. Certainly not the cleanest place, and the atmosphere is dingy, but it is worth the trip if you want an excellent meal. read more

Really nice Pakistani restaurant located in the heart of Lake George. Very friendly and warm staff, although service is a bit slow. They have a very unique version of Chicken Tikka Masala, which is prepared in a white sauce, as opposed to the typical red sauce. The lamb curry was excellent. It's great that this place offers a break from the routine American restaurants that dominate Lake Geoge. read more
