The crusts were so good and the dressing on the salad was so fresh and zingy! And the cake.... I wish I would've bought an entire one to take home. So, we decided to check out Basalt. We were lucky to find Heather's. The place has a great cozy vibe. Our servers were very friendly and welcoming. The food was simply fantastic! We enjoyed everything we had. Starting with their delicious Wild Mushroom Soup, then a very fresh and tasty Garden Salad, next we split a Chicken Pot Pie and the Stuffed Pork Chop entrees! That stuffed pork chop had a wonderful mushroom risotto accompanying it and was stuffed with a delicious gruyere cheese and a nicely done asparagus. So good! I strongly recommend this wonderful establishment!
