Rick and the guys came out bright and early exactly as promised, in fact the door came in about a week or so early. They immediately setup there workspace and went to town dismantling the old door. The new door went up in no time, even with me asking questions now and again, which they were very happy to answer. Less than 90mins after showing up the door was installed tested and the garage cleaned up and handed back to me. Just wanted to thank Rick and Mario from Keapana Garage Door (KGD) for your quality service and dedication. After calling, texting, and waiting for another service, I decide to look to Yelp and see who else can service my garage door. Rick texted me the same day I called with a quote and options for scheduling. That is by the book how to do great customer service. Rick and Mario stopped by today to replace our LiftMaster 8500. We had issues with the garage door going up but not down. LiftMaster (after many calls and parts swaps) decided to send us a new system. Thank you LifeMaster. Rick and Mario went to work swapping out the old system for an entire new system. Rick and Mario pointed out that the belt tensioner was the cause of the issue. I wish I had called Rick to begin with. Not only did they replace the system, they oiled and checked my entire garage door (Martin Door), they replaced old wire connectors with new ones. Rick then clearly explained how to check the working condition of the sensors. (Face door from inside garage - left sensor - yellow light - sends signal - right sensor - green light - receives the signal) He also suggested I keep a good clearance away from sensor as not to hit or bump the sensor leading to misalignment. He also suggested spraying the Belt Tensioner connector with Dielectric Spray. We live down near the ocean and everything rusts. Rick also clearly explained the new system operation. The overall feel was the KGD provided service beyond what was asked while staying true to the original quote and helped us maintain our system. That's Aloha! All in all I would highly recommend Keapana Garage Door. Just sorry we did not check Yelp sooner. read more

I love this company! They are efficient and honest. My garage door opener was long overdue for replacement. They changed it out, tuned up the door and rails and installed a keypad for easy access to my garage. They even programmed my car to open the garage. Yay! read more

I have tried to get him out three different times. two for my sons house and once for my house. He didn't call back and then when I finally got a hold of him he told me to try someone else.
