The bid was within the range we expected and they proposed replacing our gutters which was something we hadn't requested. The gutters were the item that tipped us to choosing this group. We were delighted with the speed with which the job was scheduled. The weather caused a slight delay but they finished quickly and left no mess behind! I liked that we were kept informed on the progress; we regularly received photos and communications especially when sections of the roof were found to be in rough shape. Diane met me with me and in about 10 minutes knew exactly how I wanted the bathroom to look, the accessories I would like and checked in regularly to make sure I was pleased with the progress. Ron, who did the actual work, did a job that is way more than 5 stars but that is all they allow me to check. He didn't leave a mark, a scratch or anything that I can say needs to be fixed or changed. He can build, replace or fix anything and everything. I love my bathroom and now I can't wait for them to come back and upgrade my other bathroom and kitchen. You probably think I'm a relative or was paid to put in this review but you're wrong.
