Finding out why the electric in my bathrooms and out side outlets weren't working took a bit more work. Dave found a old ,corroded outdoor outlet that had shorted. It was old damage and could have burnt down my house. All things fixed professionally. His helpers were very friendly and worked hard. While recently having company, the pool pump did not turn on as scheduled. Hank had upgraded the…read morecircuit breaker for me late summer 2023 to ensure I had the best breaker for the pump. I called him earlier this week when the pump did not turn on. He was at the house within 15 minutes and did an isolation to see what was trigger the breaker to trip. He isolated that it was the pump and I was able to have my pool service come out. They confirmed that my less than one year old pump was faulty and they quickly replaced the pump. Within 24 hours everything was back to normal. The initial fast response by Hank was the reason. Hank also handles any new electric projects that I have. Thank you again Hank for your fast action!

Having someone work in your house is very personal. In this case, I hired Chris Paterno the owner from LPC Elctrical for a big electrical job in my home with luxury lighting. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the work he performed. The job started out with fair pricing, honest work, effort, and strong communication. Unfortunately, this did not continue throughout the project. Chris definitely misrepresented himself and what his business stands for. AHis ethical conduct is definitely in question running his business as well as dealing with his customers. My job was left incomplete because once things didn't go as planned he was fustrated and annoyed. Having a temper about his performance was extremely uncomfortable for me. He is unprofessional to say the least. His follow up became inconsistent and unclear with completing the job. His practices do not align with what his website and his estimate displayed. After numerous messages to him, he refused to complete the job and move forward as agreed. I would not recommend hiring him due to the fact of lack of professionalism and communication. I wouldn't want anyone else to have this stress. In the end, I had to hire a new electrician to fix his mistakes and complete the work.
