During the first month, I had to track him down a couple of times to get the property serviced. He serviced the property on 5 May 2026 and never returned. I had to constantly reach out to ask him when he would be servicing the property, although he repeatedly gave his word, he never kept it. All that I got was flaky BS excuse after flaky BS excuse. Since he still owed me one more service before the end of the month, I intended to let him finish the month out, then terminate his services. No one should ever need to spend time chasing down someone to do work they were paid to do. After all, time can be wasted without spending one dime, and we can all get angry for free. Then he actually had the UNMITIGATED GALL TO SEND ME AN INVOICE FOR JUNE!!!!! When I requested a refund because he only serviced the property once in May, he became rude and confrontational as though I had no right to expect him to keep his word or to receive service I paid for. Initially, I thought I was only due a refund of $82.50 for the fourth service. But going through the messages to create this review, I realized that I paid him for four services, yet only received one. Therefore, he owes me a refund of $244.50. I'm going to take him to Small Claims court because he cannot be trusted to tell the truth. I'm also reporting him to the State Licensing authority regarding his dishonest behavior. The issue is not the small amount of money. It's the principle of him thinking he get away with stealing my money, then tell me to shut up about it. That's got my blood a-boiling.
