The owner came today and after less than an hour he told me the problem was taken care of, I did not need the extensive work - and charged me just a minimum service charge. I was so grateful for his honesty, especially because he had come here with two trucks of equipment/supplies prepared work all day on the sprinkler system for a much higher dollar amount. I would give him more than five stars.

From the prompt reply to my quote request to his on site assessment of what he detected and what was needed, Brett was responsive and shared his experienced recommendations. We had a large front area that needed trenching and new sprinkler installation, and adjustments and sprinkler head replacements in five other zones. He also checked our lake-fed pump. The detailed estimate provided was very reasonable for the scope of work and Brett and his crew arrived punctually and went right to work.
