The vehicle I purchased looked really nice. It looked good and seemed to have most of the features I could want for the year. Everything was done online with Michael L and Michael C. I originally asked about a warranty and was told not to worry, it would be taken care of. Delivery of the vehicle took almost 2wks. Believe only reason I got it when I did was due to refusing the delivery if it was any later than that date. Was asked before even getting the car to call the finance company and advise them everything was good since they had been calling the dealership to verify. Once I got the car, it seemed pretty nice. Liked the ride, how it handled and it actually saved me on my payment. On the 57th day, the motor seized. I had a Hyundai dealership do the estimate and they found the motor was seized and quoted me $13,200 to fix it. I called Michael to find out about the warranty. Never got an answer to a warranty but according to the finance company, there wasn't one purchased. Michael said they would try to get it fixed and that possibly they could get me a loaner to help mitigate the problem. This was Sept of 2024 and I still have not heard anything from him. This is after several calls, email, texts and messages from other people. So i would say I am being actively ignored. Hyundai attempted to step in and provide help, but they eventually refused. So here I am almost a year later and still paying for a vehicle I cant use at all, and haven't been able to use since Aug of 2024. I feel like I was targeted due to the fact I had already filed bankruptcy(how they got my info in 1st place)and they saw a way to get rid of a problem with a guaranteed payment since i couldn't file on it. Looking at VIN search, this company had my car from new, so they are the reason that Hyundai is refusing to help me. They sold us a used vehicle with tires that are the incorrect size. when we got a flat both Conrad's and Walmart refuse to put a replacement tire on the SUV due to liability issues and safety concerns. The SUV no has all the warning lights on it and the Infiniti dealership is telling us it's most likely due to driving with the wrong tire size. we called KDK figuring they'd for sure replace the tires and fix any damages. Steve the manager laughed and said "it's been a year" and they sell used cars "as is". that it was my responsibility to make sure the tire size was correct. the infinitI dealership was well aware of KDK Mitsubish's awful reputation and even knew of the manager Steve. Drove up from Columbus to look at a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Had no issues with the staff except that they are completely unwilling to budge on price. The specific Wrangler I was looking at was priced $2902 ABOVE KBB, even at excellent condition (which the Wrangler was not). It's in good shape but not excellent. It had a crack in the windshield which they said they would take a couple hundred off the price for me to fix or replace it themselves, which is fine. However, the Wrangler has clearly been sitting for a while. It was covered in a thick layer of pollen and dirt and normal stuff that flies around the air. That kind of stuff doesn't accumulate after just a few days or even weeks. Not to mention it had almost 1k more miles on it than what it is STILL listed at. So either employees are taking it for joy rides or people are test driving it and not buying it. I hate the "no haggle" BS line that dealers give. What that really means is "no flexibility". They'd rather let a vehicle sit in their inventory than work a deal to make a sale. read more

Definitely not a reputable dealership. Would not recommend them to anyone. Bought a used vehicle from them. Took it to my mechanic (as you should when purchasing a used vehicle) who then deemed the vehicle to have an extremely rotted frame and should've never been sold in the first place. Called dealership to let them know what my mechanic said. Was told to bring the vehicle back to them to have their mechanic look at it. We had it towed due to the info my mechanic told us so we didn't feel safe driving it the hour + drive. It took them less than 5 min to look at it. The salesmen then pulled the mechanic to another room to speak to him alone. Salesmen came back out and said " oh the vehicle is good to go". Wouldn't even let the mechanic speak to us. I've called KDK repeatedly and they won't respond. The Better Business Bureau contacted them and they won't respond to them either. The car I got was fine, but their finance team used shady techniques to pressure me into getting this policy, and then they pocketed the money. Total crooks. read more

The same evening, I got a call from my salesperson that the sales manager had sold the vehicle to somebody else. A blatant breach of contract. Worst experience ever thanks to Steve Tube! We found a 2015 Suburu XV Crosstrek that looked like a great deal. My wife and I both spoke with Steve about the vehicle and explained that it was for our daughter, that we would have to drive 5 1/2 hours, and wanted to ensure that the vehicle was mechanically sound and not eaten up with rust. He repeated several times that there was "no rust" and sent a few pics of the undercarriage which showed minor surface rust that was expected. We put down a $250 deposit, spent nearly $150 in gas roundtrip, and and $75 for a hotel based on his statements about the car not having rust. We arrived at 1030 and met with a salesman who brought the car around for a test drive and inspection. The minute we approached the car, my wife saw a huge rust spot in the driver's side rear door that had bubbled all the way through the door. We then began a thorough inspection and found numerous spots in all the door jams and rocker panels before opening the hood. I had expected the engine would have been degreased and cleaned as is practice but found that it was dirty, covered in rust to the extent that the belts had browned and the motor mounts were rusted along with the battery mount. We immediately told the salesman this is not what was described. He brought Steve out and I started in on him about my wasted trip based on his guarantee. He had the audacity to ask "Where is it rusted?". WHERE? all over!!! He said he had not seen the spot on the door and that the engine was "just surface rust". He acted like I was some kind of idiot. I demanded my deposit back which he refunded. Steve didn't even bother to apologize for costing me time and money based on his lies and misrepresentation and offered no compensation whatsoever. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! Inspect every aspect of any vehicle you would buy from them!!! This is my firstrage when i was going through all of services in dealership and these aspects such as car quality , customer service , payments policy . Let's getting started . Firstly , Car quality i had to affirm that so bad and initially they said the car everything good they pretty sure that no matter what on the car , then i used it for almost a month i just to go around not far enough from my home exactly is 3 - 4 miles from my work place and i pretty sure careful during i drove . Finally i got the trouble that the tank of water liquid is component to ease down the engine temperature , it's broken and my car leaked out of hot steam up when i drove at that time . Secondly , customer service is unprofessional and the attitude of the staff in there had a mad emotional with me as a customer , they didn't pay attention my words . Thirdly , payment policy the manager so fucked up he such pretending to be a professtional service lol . meanwhile , i was performing paper work with them and a part of they have little professional i confirmed that but when we're done the paper work and also that time i asked about payments but they try to hide account of bank that the bank approved for me loan the car that purpose such abusing an advantage from the client so as to dig more chargeable money from themselves . i wouldn't recommend everyone to go throught with the bad dealership here. read more

USE CAUTION IF YOU INTEND TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR VEHICLES!!! IF THEY OFFER A CARFAX REQUEST THEY PROVIDE A CAR FAX AND AUTO CHECK! They will use whichever one does not report the damage to the vehicle. KDK presented a vehicle to me which they purchased from a auto auction in Georgia. They presented it as a clean vehicle with a clean carfax and even went through the cardiac with me. When asked about prior damage they said the vehicle had no damage or accidents reported. About a week later I find out through a third party, after they ran an Autocheck, that the vehicle has frame/structural damage. FRAME AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGE! Things that if I knew about I wouldn't even had looked at the car. I called the auction that KDK purchased the vehicle from and a representative of the auction Informed me that the vehicle was presented at the auction to potential buyers as having frame/structural damage. The rep further stated that damage like this is announced at the auction prior to it being sold and should be in the paperwork that KDK has from the auction. After reaching out to KDK and attempting to work it out with them they informed me they do not have a return policy and that my only option was to trade the car back into them and TAKE A LOSS!!!! Take a loss???? HAD KDK PRESENTED THE CORRECT AND KNOWN INFORMATION ABOUT THE CAR THEY GOT FROM THE AUCTION I WOULDNT HAVE PURCHASED IT. Now it's currently going through a dispute with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and if all else fails a private attorney will be contacted. It's a shame that a dealership such as KDK who presents themself as a family dealership would treat customers in this fashion. If you plan on buying from them I'd think again. read more
