I dropped my bike off for a simple tire repair on Sunday August 11th, just picked it up today…read moreSaturday August 31st. Shorty kept zero communication during the process, we dealt with a random woman instead (who I will give the credit of being very friendly). He ghosted for some time, my boyfriend and I had to show up to the address he works at to check in on my bike at least four times. To the point I no longer needed GPS to get there. He had multiple excuses as to why is was taking longer than the original five day quote time. First his grandma died, he lost his phone, Amazon shipped the wrong tire twice, and then was in a car accident and bit half his tongue off, and lost his phone again. When I finally picked the bike up, it was still on the jack and he wasn't there and my boyfriend had to physically work to get the bike off the stand. The invoice price owed didn't add up, the original price quoted was $325 I had already paid $140, and owed $160 without him charging $80 for the tire inner tube? The math didn't math there? When dropped off the bike ran perfectly. On the 30 minute ride home my boyfriend had to shut it off at every single red light due to high idle, only to immediately be able to fix it when we got home, Shorty was "inspecting" it as well. So I'm assuming he was going to say something was wrong as there was smoke coming from the exhaust from something being sprayed on it as well. All in all, don't waste your time and save your money.

I went back to driver later that night and my battery was dead, and car has zero coolant. The owner made it right and replaced my battery. I thought well he made things right. I can trust these guys- after all nobody is perfect, and they made it right. Boy was I wrong...I took my car back a few months later for a check engine light. I'd stopped by and got a scan at auto part store. It indicated my oil pump. I brought it in and originally asked to just replace the sensor as a starting point. When they went to do this they stated the issue was the oil cooler. I said alright got the quote and got the repair. I pick my car up and the check engine light is still on and still pulling the same error code we started with. Now I'm out 850 dollars and my car is right where I started. Someone else said save yourself some time and take it somewhere else. Believe them. If you need brakes or something easy - these are your guys. You have a check engine light on? They're not.
