This friend does not have a business and doesn't realize the expertise it takes to file business taxes. Well we cannot suggest her at all. She had us file extensions every year even though this year I had my taxes to her by Feb. 28, 2012. I can see in the past me not getting my taxes to her in time but this is completley unacceptable.
