The tile work done is absolutely beautiful, and the whole room is just so perfect. It's like a little spa attached to our bedroom. We have ultra protective dogs here and they were all mindful of them and polite when the dogs were being obnoxious. That was also much appreciated. This is who you should hire if you: Like it when people call/text you back promptly Want an honest estimate Enjoy punctuality and being informed Are looking for people who do great work.

Ed, the owner of Set In Stone, responded first phone call, arrived on time for our appointment, and looked at our project with confidence and professionalism. Throughout the project we could call and ask questions or change things, he never got angry or impatient with us. Our project was his project. He made us feel like he really cared that we were going to be happy. Now no renovation is going to be without its problems, but patience with each other and pulling together made it all come out beautiful in the end. You have to be your own advocate, checking that things are done the way you like, but if you stay involved daily and are a reasonable person you should have a good experience. Ed walked onto our property the first time a stranger, but I feel like he's walking off, after 7 months from start to finish, a friend.

I was on a timeline and even with some unexpected delays Zack brainstormed and gave alternatives that resulted in a completed project as promised. He sent photos. There were some details that needed attention and he and his crew went back to the house until the job met our expectations. We are very pleased with the finished product. While on the job he noticed the buildings needed power washing and again for a fee completed the work. His cost was very reasonable, the job completed well and he was kind and flexible. I definitely recommend hiring Zack a trustworthy and professional painter.

I am sure they think I will forget about this and let it go. I promise This will not be the case! I will continue to post and update consumers. This is the WORST moving company in Michigan! I really believe the reviews that were so great were from family. Yet I will continue to WARN all potential clients through other agents and any platform I can. To STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Ken (company owner) answered our call the first time we called, gave us a very reasonable quote for labor, came by our house to measure the garage door the next day and had the door installed the day after he measured! He even picked up the door from Menards and took away our old door for no additional cost. His attention to detail was very impressive and he went to great lengths to explain the nuances of the door, opener, sensors, springs, etc. He seemed to genuinely care about our costumer satisfaction and not just getting the job done. Ken's grandson accompanied him on the job. Not really relevant, but it struck me as cool. I highly recommend going to Menards to get your door and have KB install. We got quotes from Lowes, Home Depot, and two local companies and this was BY FAR the cheapest route. Plus, Menards have the doors in stock which is a rarity right now.

I had called James after an electrical fire outside and he came within a day with parts and ready…read moreto work. He listened as I showed him all the electrical areas in my house I had issues with and he kept track of my concerns throughout the whole process. I was so excited to hear he painted - I had him fix multiple large areas of paint chipping in my living room and he ended up painting my whole bathroom for a small price because he wanted it to be done right and the price was right so it was a bonus! He also updated my kitchen under cabinet lighting with led strips and it turned out so much cleaner looking and really classy and cool. I am so grateful to him- he went around my entire house and reinstalled probably 70% of my outlets, told me about use of extension cords and other tips to stay safe. He made sure the outlets were GFI certified where they needed to be and I was up to code for my own safety. Not once did I feel like it was about money. He worked here for about two days and was willing to put in long hours and I was very happy to have a job well done by an honest electrician that was in and out quickly and he really did everything I asked, even little extra paint jobs I noticed. He said "not a problem". What a breathe of fresh air compared to these other companies out to cut corners and get you for as much as they can. He was honest and he truly was concerned about getting my electrical issue resolved and bringing safety to my daughter and myself. I already plan to have him back in a few months to upgrade my circuit panel. I really think you'll be impressed with his expertise and how well he does with his work. He was very easy to work with and for a single mom, I felt safe and comfortable. He's honest, sincere, transparent and absolutely willing to work with you and take on extra jobs so I just want to give him credit where credit is due and make sure if you are concerned about money or a honest and reliable company, you have my word - you have found them here! Thank you so much Great Whites and to James again! Hope to see you soon! Angela
