I would not pay that nonsense and now he will not come back and fix the drywall tape that is showing every where, the screw pops and the outlet and vent holes he over cut. It's awful. He says, "Either pay the $800 extra I am demanding or I don't come back and stand by the year warranty," Also, my cathedral ceiling drywall is already showing a huge line all the way down it and it is going to crack in time before you know it.
