The food truck staff were super nice and patient as we figured out what to order. We ended up ordering a single plate of Pad See Ew and Drunken Noodles. Both these dish were stir-fried noodle dishes, and the portions for these were huge! We also adjusted the spice to "HOT" and it wasn't too bad. The spiciness wasn't overwhelming and was indeed complimenting the dishes. You can taste the rich flavors of Thai seasoning from the basil to the nice sweet & salty noodles. The texture of the noodles was thicc and chewy. Both are great dishes to try, but if you are curious about the difference-- the Pad See Ew has a balance between sweet and salty, and the Drunken Noodles is more heavy on the spicy side.
