Greg arrived on time, he explained how and what he would be doing prior to the work. Greg worked on my kitchen sink, removing moldy caulk and re-caulking. He also repaired a leaking basement window, sealing it and repair of damaged textured drywall, blending it in very nicely. He cleaned up after completion. I recommend Wickham's Workbench, Greg and his company.

He walked me through the timeline, paint products, and features of the service. The project manager, Camilla, visited my house before the start of the project to finalize all the color choices and design options. When the weather turned favorable, Matt and Camilla gave me a heads-up, so I could prep stuff for the painting, e.g., move furniture out of the way. Camilla kept in good contact during the painting and helped perform a very thorough quality inspection. When I found a missed spot after the crew left, she even arranged to have somebody come by and fix things. I really appreciated the attention to detail. My house is now very happy with a fresh coat of paint!

We interviewed several companies before we found Lee, and we were disappointed with the prices and the extent to which the companies wanted to push their materials instead of listening to what we wanted. in contrast, Lee began his consultation by asking what we wanted. He took careful measurements, made recommendations when we asked for them, and gave us a detailed, itemized quote right away. Lee is a sought-after contractor, and he does all of the work himself. As such, you may need to wait a bit before he can get to your project. HOWEVER, I cannot emphasize enough how worth it the wait is. Lee is absolutely meticulous in prepping surfaces, making sure walls, floors, and corners meet perfectly. He thoroughly researches material choices to make sure they are appropriate for the application. In our case, he even went shopping with us to find the best tile options. He communicates quickly, frequently, and articulately (hallelujah!), and he is thoughtful and generous in his decisions. The tile job itself is flawless! Lee's background and artistry shine in his work. He works incredibly hard, fits everything perfectly, and leaves the job clean at the end of every day. The result is beautiful and sturdy and feels like it will remain that way for a very long time. This was an amazing experience through and through, and Lee was the perfect choice for us. I recommend him fully.

I said I would update once the job was finished. Bottom line: I would not want any other Custom…read moreDeck company to do my deck. Here is why: I found them to be trustworthy. I originally hired them because I saw how hard they worked and how good a job they did on my neighbor's deck. They did the same building mine. When things went wrong they fixed them. They stayed until everything was right with quality results. This was a large $100K+ project. They might not be the cheapest but they are reasonably priced for what they do. Being trustworthy means a lot to me. Someone in the neighborhood reportedly had a deck contractor walk out on them after spending $85K. That was never a concern with Nate despite being a long project. This project involved redoing the roof, electrical, pouring concrete below the deck, doing stucco work and redoing gutters along with building a deck and adding windows and doors. Nate essentially served as a general contractor for the non-deck items. We basically took a 30'X10' deck and expanded it 5' to make it 30'X15' then divided it in half making a 15'X15' room covered by a gabled roof with windows on one side and sliding doors on the other side and open to the west. The other 15'X15' portion of the deck remained completely open. As far as quality of the work I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
