He came back with illustrations that let us "see" the completed project before it started. Even though we made a couple of unusual requests, Bill did the research, came back with multiple solutions, and let us pick the one we liked the best. Most of the folks I've spoken with felt they needed to follow the contractor and continually check on the work completed. Not us! I never had to check on the progress or the quality, because both were outstanding. In my line of work, I don't have time to check in and worry over every detail. It's great that we could find a contractor who did the worrying for us. The basement was the big one, but we're already lining up the next project for Dream Mill.

Their selection is decent and they're stocked well, but it's difficult to find any store employees in the event you need help. There's always the one female at the register in the front but she's not knowledgeable on the store's layout or even if they carry certain products/tools. Even when it comes to paint, wood, ladders, or power tools.....you have to make noise or move ladders yourself over to get anyone to come around and wonder if you need help. Layout isn't horrible but all the aisles are narrow. The manager here seriously needs to do better.

This location is a great location for us but if you need electrical or plumbing go somewhere else…read more(they are often missing what you need). Or as I hear each time I try- you need to try the other store. Save the time and just try "the other store".
