I would give them 10 stars if I could! Chad with KC-Res was hired by an invested party to do an appraisal and inspection on my Mom's home, but I must say I feel like I should be paying him a fee for the excellent references he provided to a complete stranger to whom he owed nothing! It's been a tough year losing Mom to brain cancer, so finding nice people who excel at their work and are willing to help other human beings out of pure kindness is so refreshing.
