She priced an arrangement for mixed arrangement which included some carnations, other filler flowers, greenery, and roses. Also there would be a delivery charge added to the order. This is the arrangement that she made for my Mom's birthday. I don't see a rose one. It looks like just fillers. Not impressed. I think my total for like $48. Maybe she hadn't gotten her shipment in and this was all she had. Not sure.

I finally asked for the name of the local florist and they told me it was Stacie's creations. I decided to call personally and Stacie answered. She was lovely and so very helpful. She was apologetic about the communication through 800-flowers and had a simple resolution. She recommended going straight to a local florist even on the weekend. The arrangement for the service was lovely. I called early on Monday morning at it was at the service before 1pm. Thank you Stacie for your help!!

Maybe these flowers are specifically for a person? who knows. Try growing a brain cell and have some kind empathy. what if the flower arrangement is a specific arrangement for somebody's grandmother that passed away? maybe that was her only favorite flowers?
