KB Jewelers - Engagement ring - Jewelry Near Me - Bedford, Massachusetts

This summer I had the pleasure of working with Rob on a custom engagement ring for my fiancée. When I first found KB Jewelers, wasn't sure where to begin but after one meeting with Rob I had already decided that a custom design was the way to go - and boy was I glad I did. At each step, from picking the main stone, accents, band and setting we were given so many beautiful options. Some we hadn't even considered, like choosing kite diamonds for the accents. I can tell Rob has a passion for his work and it shows in his fantastic taste and beautiful and high quality craftsmanship. My fiancée and I were both in awe of how beautiful the ring he crafted for us was and I am so glad I made the decision to go through the process with him. Did I mention his prices are honest and affordable too?! I never once worried that we were blowing my budget and he did everything in his power to make sure we were getting the best for our money. I'm certain I'll be heading back in the near future once the time arises for wedding bands :). Thank you again Rob for this lovely ring!! read more

I started working with Rob a couple of years ago repairing, remodeling, and reworking many pieces in my collection. They spend as much time with me as I need, are willing to work with unexpected requests, and do meticulous work. I have complete trust in their integrity and quality of work. They have also done urgent repairs for me when needed (I try not to request too often!). VERY happy to be working with Rob at KB! read more

Very friendly and professional staff, fast good service and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Immediate professional service was given. With no appointment I walked in and asked to have two rings cut off my finger prior to surgery. The rings were cut and cleaned with no charge. read more

They cleaned, appraised, and resized my ring in under two days, and the pricing was extremely competitive. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and I felt in excellent hands during my entire time there. Also - my fiancé loved the ring :) read more

Forgot to leave a review, but KB did an amazing job doing a repair on my now wife's engagement ring. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I used KB to do an appraisal of a ring and earrings and could not have been more happy with the service I received. They were helpful, patient and stayed in contact during the appraisal period and even returned my jewelry to me cleaned and sparkling. The price was also very fair comparative to other jewelry stores I contacted. Although I have not purchased any items from the store, they appear to have a great selection of really unique pieces. In the future, I will definitely be heading back to KB when I look to purchase additional jewelry or for another appraisal. read more

KB Jewelers is FANTASTIC!!! It took me about 6 months to find the perfect ring for my fiancé. I would visit Rob weekly and we would look at different settings that he would order for me to see in person. He would go over all the specs and details of every diamond for every ring we looked at. Rob was EXTREMELY patient, kind, and helpful. I knew he had my best interest and I felt that he was emotionally invested in finding the perfect ring as much as I was. KB Jewelers took my price range and worked a miracle. I am so grateful for the staff there. So much so that I think Rob may have won an invitation to the wedding! read more

This is hands down our favorite jewelry store and we've been to a lot of them. The first thing that struck us was the warm welcome we received walking through the door. This is a father and son business and it's immediately obvious that it's a labor of love. Absent was the high pressure sales approach that is all too common these days. In its place we found a staff more than ready to help in any way they could but also totally respectful that the jewelry shopping experience is usually a very personal one that shouldn't be rushed. And in this store it would be so hard to be rushed. They have a very large and amazingly varied jewelry selection that always seems to have just what we're looking for. Whether a custom design incorporating heirloom diamonds or a beautifully rich band of matched blue precious stones we left their store with the feeling that we had purchased something truly unique, not just one more copy of an internet SKU. Oh, and all of the design, sizing and repair work is done right in their shop so their turnarounds are quicker and there is no risk of loss in transit. In addition, when they've done service work for us they've routinely gone out of their way to meet our ambitious scheduling needs without making us feel like we were in way a bother. We've always chosen to do business with people we genuinely like and respect. And given that, there is no question that this store is head and shoulders above their competitors. KB Jewelers simply has it all! read more

Rob is simply the best and I will never go to another jeweler again. He turned my engagement ring into the ring of my dreams. My fiancé and I had originally gone to him to exchange the diamond to one that was passed down to me. After some thought we decided we'd like to add a cushion cut halo. Rob helped us choose the best option for us and still stay within our budget. We didn't have to replace the ring or change the design of the ring, which we both really loved. This is now my dream ring and it is completely customized. You could see the excitement in his eyes when he showed us the ring. I've never met someone who genuinely cares so much about his customers and wants to do everything to make them happy. Thank you so much KB jewelers! read more

KB Jewelers - Jewelry Near Me - Bedford, Massachusetts

This is my go-to jewelry store over the years for several reasons starting with the fine selection of jewels offered, their ability to create just about any design envisioned within reason, and for their repair & cleaning as I'm rather tough on jewelry in general. Even get batteries replaced in my watch over the years. Prices are fair as isn't the case in some other well known jewelry stores. They never disappoint. read more

KB Jewelers - The stone & setting were exactly what I asked for in this simple and elegant piece. - Jewelry Near Me - Bedford, Massachusetts

Super easy. My girlfriend and I went in to find engagement rings and left with exactly what we wanted in our budget. They were very helpful, honest, friendly and kind. Highly recommend! read more

I brought a 56 gram herringbone chain that I had worn around my neck for over 25 years to KB Jewelers to have the clasp replaced. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed it was lighter than when I dropped it off, and thinner in thickness (not width). So much so, that I even suspected it had been switched, I was so upset. As I was arguing with the owner, he mentioned he had spent "over an hour buffing out all the scratches"!, and "some of them were very deep". I never asked him to buff out the scratches, I asked him to fix the clasp! It is one thing to clean it up a bit, it is entirely another thing to polish/buff almost 1/2 of its weight off! I weighed the necklace when I got home, it now only weighs 33 grams! Now I know where the other 23 grams of gold are! (They were removed through grinding them off to get it to look scratch-free and brand new, which I never asked for!) (As an aside, I fully believe it wasn't switched. I believe he got carried away, and never considered my point of view.) Think about it, any time you buff/polish anything, you are removing a little of the surrounding material to level off the scratches. In 6 months, the gold will not look just polished, and there will be new scratches, but I will never get back the 23 grams of gold that he sanded/polished/buffed off, just to make it look good for the unveiling. Even though it did look brand new when he pulled it out of the envelope, it wasn't worth it for me to lose 23 grams of gold in the process!!! After being in business that many years, he should have known better than to polish a necklace for over an hour of grinding away MY gold!!! To add insult to injury, he charged me almost $300! For a box clasp! I will be looking for another jeweler. read more

If I could give this place a better rating I would! Absolutely amazing! After calling numerous jewellery repair places i was lucky to find KB! They resized an opal and diamond ring of mine 2 sizes down seamlessly! When the ring was handed back to me wow! It was polished so beautifully it looked fresh from the case! Great work, great atmosphere and majority of their pieces are hand made! read more

Wow this place is amazing, I've had many Jewelers in the past with little satisfaction but at KB I feel more then just an appreciated client, the service and advice is amazing! On top of all that you get unique selection of custom made pieces that you won't find anywhere else! The prices are fair and the repairs never leave the store! I would recommend KB Jewelers to everyone I know!!! read more

Great Gem in Bedford! I came here because of the previous reviews. I had issues with a ring I own and the owner took care of it right there in the store. I had been to a couple of different jewelers prior and they had to send it out to fix and would have taken 3 weeks, because it was a "special circumstance" and they couldn't fix it in the store. This jeweler took care of it in 20 minutes!! While waiting for my ring, I looked around and saw some pretty cool pieces that I hadn't seen in other jewelry stores. They were very professional and courteous and I actually ended up picking up this awesome piece for my wife as well!! I'll be coming back for future repairs and fine pieces. They know what you're looking for and can guide you in the right direction. Awesome experience! read more

7 years ago, Khoren and Rob at KB Jewelers made a custom engagement ring for me that my now wife absolutely fell in love with. A year later, they made a custom wedding band that fit the engagement ring perfectly. Fast forward to now, my wife and I now have two sons. I wanted to make something special for her for her birthday so I had Rob make a custom necklace pendant with our sons' names and birthstones. Each time I have had them make me something the process has been seamless. For this most recent necklace, I gave Rob 4 photos of 4 different pendants. I liked part of each pendant and Rob took each part and made it into one. He designed it digitally and would send me photos at each step. Any changes I wanted, I would tell him and he would happily make the changes. Once I was 100% happy with it, he had the digital file 3D printed into the wax pendant. That wax pendant was then cast into gold. He hand-picked all the diamonds and the two birthstones and placed them perfectly onto the pendant. He then sent me a list of chains he would recommend and I picked my favorite. The final product is amazing. When I gave it to my wife, she cried and hasn't taken it off her neck ever since. She absolutely loves it. I would HIGHLY recommend KB Jewelers for any jewelry needs. You will not find a better jeweler. This father/son duo is top notch. They have made the three most important pieces of jewelry I have needed in my life and my wife and I could not be happier. They will be my jeweler for life. read more

This jewelry store is unmatched. They customize jewelry, and, WOW, do they customize it. I have no words for how the jewelry looks at the end. Just walk in with a vision, and they will rise to the challenge. Their creations are truly, truly beautiful. I would not recommend any other place, ever, if you want a piece that will be unique, tasteful and exceptional. Recommended, for sure. read more

When you walk into KB Jewelers the fine diamonds are not the only things shining, it's the family friendly smiles and atmosphere that make you feel like you'll be well taken care of. I took in some old family erlooms that needed some polishing up along with having a custom piece made. Thanks to KB jewelers, I got a great deal for a beautiful custom piece designed by Khoren himself along with making our old jewelry look like new. A true master of this craft. THANK YOU KB JEWELERS! read more

While shopping for my now fiance's engagement ring, I was referred to KB from multiple people. I can not thank those people enough for bringing me to this awesome jewelry store. Khoren and Rob made my buying experience enjoyable. rather than stressful. I told them what I had in mind for the custom ring and they waxed it up and sent me pictures at every step. If I wanted something changed, they did it fast and without hesitation, until I was completely satisfied. They chose the best possible diamonds for my price range and the ring came out beautiful. My fiance is in love with it. A few months later we had them customize the wedding band to fit the engagement ring and that came out just as beautiful. I would never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. This place is the best. read more

Khoren knows alot about watches but is dishonest. I also don't like the way he treats his son who assists him. I would not return here.

I brought my watch in here because I was having trouble replacing the battery myself with the EXACT same battery Khoren had put in the watch some time ago. He denied that it was the type of battery he had put in, and said it was the incorrect battery for this watch...huh ? I realize "negative" reviews seem to disappear on Yelp but I think to get a realistic appraisal of a business it's important to show the truth. If you think this guy is honest, let me remind you that if you don't have expertise in gauging this, how would you know ? read more
