Stickers on cars, Ron Jon merchandise on people I walk by. I also miss the smell of Ron Jon when you walk in. It's absolutely makes me forget I was sad when I walk in and sets me up to have a good rest of the day. The value you get here is fantastic, happy employees, organized clothes, clean environment! The online customer service is fantastic and is super helpful and quick. My only negative is I had a bracelet I got from Ron Jon that was a pink and white Lokai bracelet. They have a warranty very similar to otter box were if it breaks for the first time they will replace it once. But Lokai is horrible at responding it's been 6 months with no reply. The bracelets are super cute just not very durable. But that's my only issue other than that I'm a die hard fan!

When I returned to the store on March 14th with the receipt, box and defective shoes, the employee (Catelyn, who later said she was the manager) refused to help. She first claimed she would speak with the manager, then later said she was the manager and there was no one else I could speak to. Even with the receipt proving the purchase date, she said she could not confirm the purchase because she was not the salesperson who sold the shoes, essentially implying that I could be lying. This is unacceptable for a premium product from a brand like ASICS. The shoes failed after two days of light use, and instead of helping, the store staff chose to question the customer's honesty and provide no solution. Very disappointing experience.
