These were health care providers in Los Angeles at the very top of their game and in the Cedars Sinai network. THEN, after moving back to Springfield, someone referred me to Dr. Steven Loehr. He is a miracle worker! After several visits over a few weeks, with adjustments, acupuncture and laser therapy, the pain finally went away. This has completely changed the quality of my life and I could not be happier. Dr. Loehr is the real deal!! He's a really nice caring person as well.

Which for a low income family is Amazing and I think chiropractor care it a must and I loved the care my daughter was receiving!! But unfortunately when I went to one of our appointments. Like usual I walked in checked in had our usual care went to check out and that's when I was hit with the payment of 102$. I was confused because insurance covers it. Well apparently they stopped taking our insurance and didn't have decency to email or call me to give me a warning that they no longer accept our insurance. Which in my opinion is ridiculous due to the fact that they pre book all you appointments!! So yea dont recommend this office very unprofessional!

The first person I spoke to was Robin and she seemed so personable and genuine encouraging me to make an appointment for a consultation. Next was the consult with Laurie. Page prepared me for Labs (she is adorable and reminds me of my Niece). Anjuli & Laurie performed the procedure quickly and painlessly. Then I was given a follow up schedule and supplements. Let me say, at every point I knew what was coming, why it was happening and what came next with text and phone call reminders. From the beautiful office to the extremely courteous, competent and professional staff, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Now it was time to check out. That's when I got to finally meet Robin "the checkout QUEEN"! Turns out she is not the one who usually answers the phone, but I am so glad she did for me.

Not to be short of mentioning that Barbara was very pleasant and effective with all of the data collection and transaction fees, on the phone and in person. Based on what I paid most recently in Florida, I got a heck of a deal. Dr. Jarrett shared his story with me and made me feel like a valued client. Then he proceeded to evaluate my situation and offered exercises and knowledge I lacked. He's also a great listener. Then, it was on to the rack for the adjustments. I'd been spoiled for many years with my previous chiropractor in Wichita, but honestly, Dr. Jarrett was so impressive and effective at his treatment, I literally felt like I'd met a new friend, not just a doctor. In closing, there are okay, good, and fantastic service providers. Thanks, Dr. Jarrett, for being FANTASTIC today; you definitely will have my continued support for all of our family's chiropractic needs. I cannot recommend his treatment services and protocol more.
