WORST service I've ever had. I called ahead and went in to have gel manicure. I was the only one…read morethere. My manicurist began my service, and in the middle of doing my nails was pulled from my manicure by the other woman in the shop (manager maybe?) to do someone else's nails. I waited for 20 minutes while he did someone else's nails, and then he came back to my manicure. About 90% of the way through the manicure someone else came in and was told by the same manager to finish my manicure so my manicurist could work with another customer who had just come in. When the second man had finished oiling my nails he told me I could go to their sink to wash them off. I did, and when I came back he was gone. I waited 5 minutes. Nothing. Almost 10 minutes went by, so I went looking for him. He was working on someone else's nails. He said, "Oh, I told you that you were done." I replied, "I didn't hear you say that at all. You just told me wash my hands." I was expecting some lotion at least for my hands (as EVERY OTHER MANICURE I've had usually includes.) Usually at the end of a service the technician says that you're finished, thanks you, and then shows you to the payment counter. None of that at SNS Nails. The first technician then came up to bill me and I asked if it was their standard practice to have customers wait like I did while he worked on someone else. He said yes. I asked for a discount, and the manager said NO. I let them know that I now know what to expect from them, and I'll be calling the owner (who was not there today) tomorrow to complain. I was hoping to make them my regular salon for mani/pedi but I WILL NEVER go there again.

This review, however is about my experience when my husband and I went there to get my passport photos. The cashier was only helping one customer so we didn't have to wait long. I stood in-front of the white background, he took 2 pictures, then went to the computer to upload them by inserting the memory card. But, the pictures were not in there memory card. So, he took 2 pictures again and got the same result! So, he inserted the memory card in another computer, but, lo and behold they weren't there either. We didn't want to be late for my Passport appointment at the post office, so my husband said that he'll take the pictures on his phone and will just upload them. That worked, but it took a while to get the picture approved on the computer. It had to line up perfectly and such. So, what usually takes according to their advertisement, minutes, took us about 25 minutes and we had to take the photo with my husband's phone! Walgreens need to invest in new updated digital camera in my opinion. The digital camera that was used look more than a decade old! Lol Needless to say, I won't be coming back for passport photos, but will definitely do for their sodas on sale!

However, fate seems to have allowed me an appointment within the week I called due to a cancellation-my stylist Robin was pure perfection. Reception let her know I was there-attentive, very clean, very professional. Robin took me back to her chair where we discussed my style, she then shampooed, and conditioned my hair with a wonderful scalp massage post cleansing. She had just the right amount of pressure yet so very gentle and soothing. She then offered a facial massage with a warm towel and light massage-again fantastic. Robin cut, blow dried and curled my hair. She applied leave in conditioner, light texturized, a bit of mousse and light hair spray as finish. My hair feels, looks and smells great. She is excellent and I am already booked for foils. I'm so excited I can't wait. This is the first time in my life, someone actually knew my hair style, and cut. Robin is the best cosmetologist I have ever encountered. This place is worth 5 STARS!
