I had two 5‑gallon / 20 lbs tanks that needed partial refills, and I definitely didn't want to risk running out of fuel in the middle of cooking on our Blackstone. Parking is around the back with one or two spots right outside the gate. It's usually easy to snag a space since the place doesn't get heavy traffic, but do pay attention to the alley parking signs so you don't end up where you shouldn't. Trying to figure where to enter was a bit confusing and I didn't want to roam around carrying two tanks so I walked in through the back gate and was immediately able to find a staff member. They took my tanks and handled the refill quickly and efficiently. Once filled, we headed to the front of the shop to pay. Pricing is based on the number of gallons they actually put in rather than a flat rate tank exchange. Coast has become my go‑to spot simply because it's close by, the process is easy, and I much prefer the value and efficiency of refilling instead of doing a tank exchange.
