The interior facility looked nice, i would have gladly paid the additional cost for a big private area for them, but only general pupulstion was available. I was hesitant from the get go leaving my dogs here, the conditions looked like a puppy mill, but i was told that they have a vet onsite and that the conditions would be fine, lots of other dogs, etc, etc, etc.. well, with little other choice they were left. The staff is actually amazing. Everyone was helpful and nice, probably the best dog-sitters from a compassionate point of view. Unfortunately, much like multiple other reviews listed here, our dogs came home hurt, two had kennel cough, another had some form of bacterial infection and was on some form of medication for almost 3 months. I think the staff is wonderful to your pets, but the place must be filthy. I really wanted to like this place, as the staff was far better than the pet palace, but my dogs come back safe from pet palace and financially the pet palace is actually cheaper. Would have liked to have reviewed this with more stars, as they did help me out of a bind, but all said and done, i could have just taken them all with me. 1 extra star for the good kids working there.

She was very patient walking each out, then trimming & filing their nails. I was impressed when I saw what a great job she did. Originally we planned to use Woof Nails short term, but considering how easy Liz made it, that my dogs weren't stressed out like they are when we take them to the groomer, I think we're going to continue using Woof Nails into the future!

Today I took my dog to be groomed and get a summer cut....I told the girl who took him back, "do…read morenot cut his ears length" she nodded ok, A couple of hours later I received a call "I am so sorry I did not see the note regarding Charlie's ears" of course they are extremely short; this is a shiatzu; I would think a dog groomer would know not to do that. common sense....of course I flipped out when I got him. They were waiting for me to keep apologizing however when someone messes up your dog, there is no apology that will work, you are furious which I was. Did I flip out? Yes.....more than I would any other time, after hair grows back. The comments from the groomer were what really set me off see below 'the jokes on you....I've groomed ur dog before and you loved it" "like I said I'm sorry.... lol....okay maam These were her responses to me, verbatim. So for me to be extremely angry when I picked him up is an understatement. Now they will come back and say, I was outraged.....I was....I used profanity.......absolutely mainly because they could care less that I was extremely upset over the exact thing I had asked the not to do. They have a very unique approach to doggie daycare. No cages! I was concerned at first until I saw how Christie and her staff gradually introduced other dogs to Arnold and were very aware of behaviors. I watched from a tv monitor in the lobby area. Next thing I know there are 5-7 dogs with Arnold and he was loving it. They let the dogs spend hours together the first day and today he was there a full day. I'll be boarding him overnight Friday and Saturday. The staff is very attentive to all the dogs and know how to redirect if playing gets a little escalated. Today I was working and was able to check on Arnold from my phone, watching the cams in all of the rooms. I love that he can play all day instead of being caged for 2/3 of his stay. I highly recommend CRAM to anyone who has a socialized dog, to treat them to a real play day or two. I look forward to using them more in the future!

My dog had two spinal surgeries so I wanted to make sure he wasn't placed in any kennel during his visit, the staff listened and were super up front and informative. They use a sort of play pen instead of cages/crates. They texted me a photo of a broken nail my dog had prior to the visit that I forgot to mention. Afterwards you get an entire report on how your pup did including a photo. Will absolutely be back and can't recommend them enough. Thank you Lexi and the entire staff!!

When I…read morewalked into this location, I was greeted by a friendly clerk that asked if they could help me find anything. From entry to exit, each associate I encountered was very kind. I buy a limited ingredient brand of dog food for my pups and was pleased to see PetSmart had just what I wanted at exactly the right price. I also picked up some grain-free dental treats and some chew toys for my poochies. This PetSmart location offers grooming services, pet training, and adoption services. The grooming salon is located in the back of the store. PetSmart also has necessities for cats, fish, reptiles, small bets and birds. I was happily surprised to see birds for sale; they looked happy and well taken care of! Check it out and make sure to sign up for Treats membership; it's their loyalty program.
