They came through again! When I used to lived in Willoughby, I had 4 car garage with my new estate. After a few years of messing with door issues, I decided to venture on my own and go with a reputable door company rather than to continue with my builders' select company. I contacted Kay Door and they fixed it all up. A decade later when I sold I still hadn't a single issue!
Living in the Bay Area now on the ocean I hadn't had to deal with a garage. But new home, new garage, new expectations. I called many local companies and gauged them with knowledge I learned in my previous experience. Just not up to par. So eventually I contacted Kay and voila! Being 2000 mi. away brought excitement on the playing board. After the dual interrogation we both were still in shock as to my decision to go this route. For an individual like me, It matters. I want what I expect and no less. It's exactly what this company provided me 15 years ago and what they've done recently. It was determined that due to the Hurricane probe area that I needed new heavy duty springs in order to accommodate the factory and added weight on these doors. To date I've been afraid to park these 6 luxury sport cars in this garage. Was thinking to have a new structure added just for them. But no need, Kay came through again. I can't believe it. My $500 a pop openers now work like a charm. Disable them and even my kids can open and close these doors with ease, even my youngest girl (6). It's amazing. I'm lost with the words of astonishment and thanks. There is more than 7 figures of autos that haven't had a proper home until a guy far away took the time out of his day to guide me through measuring, testing, more measuring and testing to teaching and finally ask my wants and needs. If you are local you are lucky. Not so much weather-wise but to have companies like this who give you their all for several decades. I wish they would get into building houses nationally. Now that would be worth going IPO over.
