So basically, there are no appointments. Everybody just walk in. Great during a pandemic. The first thing you might notice when you walk in is that there are brown patches on the ceiling where water is clearly leaking from the roof. Somehow I don't think mold is a great addition to a healthcare provider's office. The next thing you might notice is that the receptionist will push different "better" insurance on you. The third thing you might notice is the chairs in the waiting room are still situated right next to each other, as if there's no pandemic and no regard for social distancing. The fourth thing you might notice is the infestation. I saw a MASSIVE quarter-sized beetle crawling in the middle of the waiting room with no fear. Clearly bugs have found an appealing home in this waiting room. The final thing you notice before you walk out the door is that they only take cash up front. No credit cards. Just like the 1960s. How retro and inconvenient! If you have any regard for your health and safety, pick a doctor who works at another location. I can't say how good Dr. Yeo is. From other reviews, he sounds great. But after strike 5 at this facility, I think it's time for me to walk out.

Three days before my appointment I started my period and called to reschedule as I wanted everything done at once. They told me no come it it is fine. So I kept my original appointment- when I arrived I spent time with the Dr she mostly checked me and an got my history new patient stuff. She told me we could not do the PAP but to schedule for a different time. Annoying but fine and I got my bloodwork done. When I returned to have my PAP I received a bill - I was shocked as my insurance covers the annual exam. They told me nooo that the first appointment wasn't my annual this one would be the annual. I was upset and Dr. Fitchev assured me it was a mix up and she would "take care of the bill, no problem" We'll 2 months later I received a bill that says I'm past due, so I call and Dr. Fitchev says she can't do anything, I ask her directly even though you told me you would take care of this? So I paid the bill for an extra appointment I never wanted - it was a waste of my time and money and I was disappointed to be flat out lied to by the doctor.

A friend of mine suggested Dr. Klein and now I won't see anyone else. To give you a bit more context as to why read on... The first time I saw Dr. Klein he sat with me for about 45 minutes. Until him I was used to rude nurses and rushed doctors shuffling me in and out as fast as they could. He asked me all sorts of questions about what I ate, how I slept, what my family was like and I kept thinking "why is this guy taking all this time?" and then it hit me... This is what a doctor is supposed to be like. He wanted to know how I lived and all about me to make me feel comfortable but also so he could provide better treatment. I've never had any other doctor make me feel so comfortable. After my first appointment I gave him a big hug which might seem a little odd but every time I've seen him since then I do the same thing. I give him a big hug after leaving because he always takes such good care of me. I dread the day he retires because he is truly irreplaceable. Dr. Jaramillo is the most caring and attentive doctor I've ever had, in addition to being easy to talk to and very respectful. She even gave me a lift home when I was her last patient of the day. I have more appointments with Dr. Jaramillo than with other past doctors (a few times a year instead of once), and while I don't prefer to spend my time sitting in waiting rooms, it just proves her genuine concern for my wellbeing. Dr. Jaramillo never seems to turn away a walk-in, but try to make an appointment if you can. The weekday evening and the Saturday hours are very convenient for those with a 9-5 job. Note that her office is now located at Division and Rockwell, not on Western. There is a parking lot behind the building (through the alley off of Rockwell) if you want to drive.

I've seen Dr. Jaramillo twice so far, and I've been very pleased with my experiences. Her office staff is very polite and friendly, and they actually return calls and get referrals together in short order. The office is cute and clean, and Dr. Jaramillo is kind but very no nonsense--she doesn't waste a lot of time or mince words.

She called a few days prior to schedule her appointment for an annual physical. She has a pcp that she normally goes to but they were not answering their calls and she decided to try this office for a change. Salcedos office got her set up and on the day of her appointment after rooming and checking her vitals, the doctor came out and refused to see her. His reasoning being that she was a patient of Dr Morales and he couldn't see her because he would be "harming Dr Morales's business by stealing his patients". No one informed my mother of such a ridiculous policy and never have we heard of a doctor refusing to see a patient for fear of "harming a business". He didn't even offer an apology to my poor mother who drove 40 min for him to outright refuse to see her. This doctor and office are a joke. Avoid them for your sake. We will be reporting him to the medical board. These types of doctors don't deserve to be in business!
