We owe a debt of gratitude to Elvis Rescue Towing for their swift, professional, and compassionate service. After being stranded for more than four hours in a torrential thunderstorm awaiting a response from AAA, we happened upon Ana at Elvis Towing. She told us, We'll be there in 20 minutes, just hold tight. And they were! In no time, we were on our way. It had been a frustrating night of calling many towing services after realizing that AAA was not going to respond to our calls. We really wish we had called Elvis first. Hats off to this extraordinary family business!

I looked up local tows and gave him the number to this company. He got to the track in decent time and was very cool, polite and personable. We sat with him and I fell asleep while him and my fiancé chatted about trucks. I woke up in Deerfield an hour later. Our truck was offloaded, a decent price paid for the long trip and a wave goodbye and off he went! I had a flat tire in my Prius after filling it with air 3 times on my way to the Toyota dealership…read moreand it wouldn't hold air. I was less than one mile away and had to call a tow truck and they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed. Anyway, the driver was super nice as was the lady in the office!

Walking past my tire I see a big ole screw jutting out and the air pressure is low according to me sensor - wonderful. Having had some negative experiences with the local tire shops who all want to sell you a new tire instead of a relatively cheap repair, I popped online for a search to see what the alternatives were and Perry Mobile Tire Service popped up. All the reviews looked promising so I gave them a call - James answered, we had a quick chat and he said he would be by in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later that truck pulled up and we had a good conversation as he proceeded to repair my tire while the car was in my driveway- what more could you ask for? Price was what he quoted over the phone and James was just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for all your tire needs- he does more than repairs so keep him in mind.
