Unfortunately, he decided to serve a completely different cocktail with no regard to what we had asked him to do. The drinks were way too strong and a groomsman had to run out for more rum midway through. When I confronted him he claimed we didn't give him any limes, bur he had two bags... Fine, the guests loved whatever pineapple concoction was being served. The last straw was that he chilled and uncorked the majority of the wine when we specifically asked him only to chill it as needed bc we knew that we had purchased too much and we planned on returning what we didn't use. We ended up with an extra case of useless champagne with water soaked labels unable to be returned. OH and he literally uncorked 4 bottles of red wine, in total 1 glass had been poured from one bottle. He never cleared any glassware even though he had help with him and it was a small 50 person wedding. Overall I found him to be lazy and careless. DO NOT HIRE HIM. With how much money we spent this was not acceptable.

My husband and I love trying new bars and making cocktails at home together, so I immediately reached out. Pau Hana Pours was fun and easy to work with from our first email. Working with them was one of my favorite parts of the planning process. They worked with our other vendors to coordinate the design of the bar and provided recommendations for what liquor to purchase. On the day of our elopement, it felt like meeting old friends. Mercedes and Alana were amazing. The drinks were both delicious and beautiful. I would highly recommend them, and we were so grateful that they could be a part of our big day.
