Worst service ever. Unfortunately have been a client for 4+ years only to be NOT treated as such...first 3 years to file taxes was fine, this last year the customer service let alone Mariyam Farooq the owner is nonexistent. She never calls back, her team is rude she hired incompetent people who hang up on you, don't answer, can't even answer a basic question of what their operating business hours are when the tax preparer will be in the office.
Plain and simple - skip all of the hassle and go somewhere else. It's been almost one year and we can't even get an answer on whether our taxes were actually filed or not let alone the extension...and nobody knows anything. It's the most frustrating and ODD experience. No value whatsoever. read more
