Before making her reservation, the people at the kennel assured me they were quite experienced in dealing with dogs with e-collars and there would be no problem. When I picked her up, Brenda, the owner, said she had taken the e-collar off of my dog, but she was fine. She was NOT fine. She had removed her bandage and ripped out 7 surgical staples from her incision. The owner tried to deny responsibility and refused to refund any of my money. I will never bring my puppy to Arbor Creek Kennels again.

Our dog was very well cared for and Todd sent us texts and pictures. When we went to pick him up we got lost because of GPS down and Todd instantly went out of his way to bring our pup and his supplies to us. I saw him at Publix a few weeks later and he still had the Asheville Dog Company sticker on his car. We were completely stressed and began calling pet sitters. Dana and Nicole were able to watch our pups last minute, over the weekend. They were so kind and came in advance to meet my fiancé and the animals. They walked our dogs twice daily and sent us the sweetest photos during each visit via text. They have not relayed what I've asked him to do.. which is cut the paws a little bit shorter. This time I went there and it still wasn't cut shorter so they asked me to just walk in a different day.
