After I found that out and having the clothes I had purchased be of poor quality, not sitting well, design seeming to be different than what I thought and what it looked like online I tried to give them a call, in which I just explained I understand it's my fault for not knowing the return policy, but nothing has been worn all the tags are attached, is there anyway to make an exception this one time? I had spent hundreds of dollars and didn't wanna waste it on something that's just not gonna work for me I'd rather just get my money back also due to the quality of items. I have honestly never ever had to do anything like this with a small business or a company ever in general, not to mention the way she treated me and made me feel as if I had done something wrong when she clearly is doing something illegal using a SHEIN dress as her own, CHARGING $45 for a $13 dress, when she even stated over the phone call that she has never ordered anything off of SHEIN... Meaning she does not have an agreement with SHEIN to sell their dresses.
