Only after you assaulted me and refused to give me a store credit for items that were purchased and you only called the police when I said I was leaving a bad review. You were nasty to me and nobody should be treated the way you treated me especially someone in a business based on customer service. I did leave your store but you had your employee chase after me even though all I wanted to do was return items bought 2 days before with the receipt and tags intake. I will never be a customer of your store and I am telling anyone that I know not to shop there either. Even the police knew I was the wronged party. That's why they told me I was free to leave. read more

The people were extremely disrespectful and rude people. I brought in many brand new clothes that had never been worn and two prom dresses that were basically brand new and that hand only been worn once. She tried to offer me $30 for my $250 K Darlin prom dress when I can go sell it at my school for $100. They only take name brand clothes and they try to buy your items for way less than they deserve. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I stood behind this woman in line at the Ross in Farragut and watched her buy dozens of their clearance dresses, and she was bragging to the employee about how she could resell the items at a higher price and how she does this at several other stores. There isn't a law against what she's doing, but from one consumer to another, don't pay her prices for a dress that you could have gotten somewhere else. read more

My daughter needed a prom dress, so she asked if her dad and I could go shopping for one the upcoming weekend. Knowing how expensive they can be, my husband and I were dreading it. For several years I have driven by this store in Alcoa during prom season and saw beautiful dresses hanging in the window. I never thought too much about it until MY daughter needed one. She and I were in the area one day after school when I remembered the store. I asked her if she would like to stop by there just to look. She reluctantly agreed. I told her there probably wasn't much to choose from. However, it never hurts to look. I have to say I was shocked at how many dresses were available! My daughter couldn't believe it either. She found about five to try on. They were all brand new with tags. Apparently, the owner buys them online during the off season to resell. There were also used ones. It was actually hard to tell which were new and which were used unless I looked for the original tags. Even the used ones were in great condition. The dress my daughter chose was a new, very elegant off-the-shoulder, red lace, floor-length design. It covered all the right parts but still had a hint of sexiness that she was looking for. Her dad approved of it too, so we were all happy. We paid $110 for it which I believe was a bargain. I highly recommend Katie's Kloset in Alcoa for those who want a beautiful dress at a reasonable price and don't care about where it's purchased from. read more
