Not only did she teach me several simple jaw massages, she also helped me with an ongoing lower back issue. That was the bonus! I have been faithfully following her instructions on how to stretch my quad muscles and ham strings, plus being mindful about my posture and gate. I am happy that for the first time in years, I can walk one mile+ with NO pain. It truly has transformed my mental state. Lydia has a gift. She cares. She helps. And she gives you hope. This is hands down the most productive PT experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Lydia Neu!

It took me awhile to realize the full extent of relief to the body. I had a chronic headache for months. Gone! And my lung capacity grew and made breathing much easier. Some of the muscle was in knots and when they released so did a lot of emotional pain. Bless you Eric, Peter Scott Norris

I few weeks after my appointment (which was excellent) I received a bill for a lot more than I was told on the initial phone call. I was not happy. I called and talked to the person who first gave me the costs. She apologized for her miscommunication. I asked if she'd talk to her supervisor to see if I could get a cost adjustment. She promised to do so. It's been several weeks. I have not heard back from anyone. But I have received multiple statements via text and mail. They obviously do not care. I liked my therapist. I felt he was qualified and highly professional. But I'm very disappointed with billing, lack of transparency and no follow-through. I will not go back.

My mother fought for 2 weeks in hospice and finally passed away and we couldn't have gotten through this very hard time as a family without this wonderful place and its staff. The real heroes were the nursing staff and I honestly owe all the wonderful ladies that cared for my mom everything. Emily, Jodi, Sami, Dorothy, Autumn, Jodie, Kaylee, Melissa, Sarah, Michele, Elisa, and Ashley you all have a special place in my heart forever and I consider you all true angels. I can never thank you enough and bless all of you. They have refused to refill some of my meds that are for a lifelong illness and have been inconsistent with my husbands mental health medication which is quite dangerous. It seems they are holding it over out heads to make an appointment, but we are doing fine with CONSISTENT access to our prescriptions. It's also not the time to make unnecessarily appointments... Ultimately, it's okay if your in a pinch. But don't expect speedy responses or general accessibility. I know covid is making things a bit bumpy, but the least they can do is make sure we have our time sensitive medication without having to tell them face to face that nothing has changed.
