Two thumbs way up for my Homesmart Realtor Kirk Blevins, who recently represented me in a beautiful…read morehome purchase in the Coyote Lakes community of Surprise. Kirk's tireless efforts, having made several trips down here with me from Seattle, and his commitment of making himself available to me as a client, both here and there, we found my dream home. Being as Kirk is both a realestate broker in the Seattle area as well, here in Arizona, committed and knowledgable in both. The process of selling my home in Washington and buying here in Arizona, all with the same agent, made it practically seamless throughout the entire process. He splits his time every month, wherever a clients' needs are, with the support of his partner brokers. He too is a homeowner in Coyote Lakes. If you need expert advice from a local community Realtor or want to refer him to a client up North, I highly recommend his services.

I'll be short & sweet here. Please do your research before going with this firm. We felt hurried,…read morewe felt they did not go the extra mile for us. They swore up & down they'd follow up after we bought & we've never heard anything from them since. They even asked us to bid higher than we told them we could afford. We were the buyers but felt they acted on behalf of the sellers. We do like our house but have spent well over our budget in repairs. We felt the agents didn't do enough to warn us of problems. We also felt they 'looked the other way' on other known problems we found later. Like I began with here, please do your research on area realtors & we hope this helps your decisions.

Amy Marquez, is an exceptional real estate agent. Let me elaborate a bit on what I just said and…read morepresent a little background. Have you ever experienced a fortuitous situation, from which you were to find yourself deeply grateful? I've had such happen to me a few times in my life. The most recent was that of my coming to know Amy. Amy and I met one afternoon, such having been set up by a friend of mine. At such time she knew nothing as to who I was other than me possibly being a serious buyer and as to what kind of home I was interested in. Likewise, I did not have any idea of who she was, other than she was a real estate agent. Looking back with the benefit of hindsight, our meeting turned out to be a memorable happenstance. I was selling a home where I lived in California. As a result of that, I wanted to purchase a home in the Phoenix area of Arizona where I had several life long friends living that I wished to be close to. Now that I am in my later years and being a widower without any living immediate family, life-long friends become more important in one's life. I was immediately impressed with Amy by the way she was totally prepared for our meeting. Such was possible because of what she learned from my friend, and her having been the consummate professional. She was therefrom able to address my needs financially and physically; the latter being in terms of a home's location, size, and amenities that would be appropriate for me. Because I was selling a home that required my constant involvement, and then considering the distance between my selling and buying locations, the separation in distance made it difficult for me to be involved; that is, to the degree that I should be involved, concerning the purchase of what would be my new home. My purchase was made even more difficult because I elected to buy a new built home. Such introduced a lot of necessary attention that would not be applicable with the purchase of an existing home. I came to trust Amy implicitly. I even gave her written authorization to act on my behalf. Such help that she gave to me was always done with excited cooperative enthusiasm. She was always very professional, knowledgeable, and available for whatever surprises were to arise that needed to be dealt with. Yes! I would use her for my next real estate transaction without the need to give such a second thought. Bill W. Moreno Valley, CA
