No problem I was taken right away. I needed to make sure they had sulfate free shampoo which of course they did. The shampoo chairs were like nothing I have seen in the States. You lay back your feet go up and you get a chair massage. No wait she gives you a head massage for five minutes I was seriously falling asleep. Best shampoo I have ever had! My blowout was great the stylist took time to blow my hair in many sections to give it that beach wave look. What better treat then getting your hair done in Paris the capital of fashion and trends.

These guys are absolute bandits and there is no sense of respect for their clientele. Two of my girlfriends had similar nightmarish experiences and were actually bullied by the staff. Avoid like you would the plague.
