When we contacted them, they denied taking anything and even suggested we "check the venue dumpster." Thankfully, the wedding coordinator reviewed the security footage, which clearly showed the flowers and items being removed. While some of the nearly $9,000 worth of flowers and glassware were eventually returned, a significant portion was never recovered. Most upsetting of all, our daughter lost the opportunity to preserve any of her wedding flowers because they were taken without permission after the event. We hope wedding venues seriously reconsider recommending this vendor to future couples.

I should have paid attention to the reviews before trusting Bloom with my flower order for my mom's birthday! I went to their website this morning to order a same day flower delivery for my mom's birthday, as the gifts that we sent got delayed due to the airlines and weather. I wanted to make sure that she got something special on her birthday and chose to trust Bloom Florist with my order. What a HUGE mistake! I placed the order at 8:31am as the website said that any order placed before noon would be guaranteed for same day delivery (see the picture below). I spent over $150 on an arrangement plus delivery, and made sure to leave a good tip on top of that for the driver. At 1:30pm I received an email from Bloom saying that my order had been canceled due to them being out of the flowers that I ordered directly from their website. I immediately called and spoke with Kristy who informed me that not only was she out of the flowers that I ordered, but that she didn't have anything else that she could substitute as a replacement! When I asked her what she could do to make this right, she basically responded by saying that I could call another place (at 1:30pm on a Sunday!), or have the flowers delivered another day.... Ummm.... I ordered the delivery for today as TODAY is my mom's birthday... not Tuesday, or next week... TODAY! She then went on to say that she wouldn't have fulfilled the order anyway since she didn't see the order until noon.... But I have an email confirmation from Bloom from 8:31am! If you need flowers or gifts, DO NOT order from Bloom... you will be disappointed, frustrated, and left scrambling trying to find another option when they inevitably cancel your order. Thankfully Hyannis Country Garden is coming through for me in a HUGE way and they are going to make sure that my mom gets something special today, even though I called them at almost 2pm on. Sunday! You can immediately tell with the large red barn on the property, along with the kitschy children "rides" and mini golf lot on the same property, that this place just exists to take as much of your tourist dollars as possible Inside the Gif Barn you will find an amazing collection of dust collectors, tshirts, pet toys, magnets, fudge, outright tacky gifts, everything you could ask that screams "I was in vacation!!" It's AWESOME. I have been coming to this place since I was 10 years old, begging my parents to stop so we could get a totally useless souvenir. For our one quick stop sandwich and snack option on the way to Nauset this establishment is failing on what could be a lucrative business. Sandwich was decent, service and selection -terrible.
