His knowledge…read moreand insights of the Northwoods lakes and fishing throughout the different areas we were looking in was extremely helpful. Jim was great in getting showings set up when we were able to get up there to see places, and in guiding us through making an offer, a counter offer, and purchasing at a good price. Once the offer was accepted he continued to work hard for us and put in extra effort following up on many things related to contingencies and items the seller had to do. Compared to other realtors we have worked with, we truly felt Jim was working for us and that he wanted to make sure we found a place that was perfect for us, while putting no pressure on us or tiring in showing us properties. We highly recommend Jim as a realtor based on his knowledge and experience with the area, the effort he put in working with us, and his friendly personality.

I'll take my real estate needs elsewhere, but first I'll stop and get an ice cold beer at Minocqua Brewing Company, as it is the only place in town to be able to easily park, with their bright rainbow arrows, which this business owner made possible by holding its permit hostage.
