Long story short, she was out the office and another provider saw me, ordered an MRI due to my pain complain and called me day after to give me the bad news that I have Kidney Cancer. When I finally got the receptionist that put me on hold for ever, just to come back to tell me we needed to go to the ER. For a referral really???? I'm done with them I love Sarah Reeves, but, It's hell to get to even talk to her. I will never refer this office to anyone. If you sick just go to the ER, apparently that' the only place that can help you and not even then.
