When we met Kathy, she was so easy to talk with and made us feel comfortable right from the first Hello. Her friendly personality, bubbly nature and fun, open demeanor made us feel like we had known her for years! As the saying goes, we just clicked! As first time homebuyers, we were new to the entire process of purchasing a new home. She explained her role as our Real Estate Agent, made us familiar with what to expect throughout the house hunting process and she asked lot of questions in terms of what we were looking for in our first home. She also was able to answer every question we had and sent us home with a folder full of information which help familiarize us with all the forms we would be seeing and signing once we found our home. She took plenty of time to sit and talk with us which was an indication that she really cared and wanted to help. That made such a great first impression with us. Kathy started sending us listings right away. The listings were all in our price range and desired locations. She mapped out the open houses for us on the weekends and was with us every step of the way. She even got us in for a private viewing to see a house that didn't even have a scheduled open house! Within a month, we found our first home and we have Kathy to thank! She truly was on our side and had our back and best interest in mind from start to finish. Kathy was quick to respond, on top of deadlines during the closing process, super knowledgeable of the real estate industry and very, very confident. She took all the stress and worry out of the process and really just made it enjoyable which we know typically is not the case! Yes, buying our first home was actually an amazing and very memorable experience!! All of these attributes combine to make her the perfect candidate if you are looking for an agent to help find your next home or to help find your first home! I will surely be referring anyone who needs a Real Estate Agent to Kathy Messina. She simply is the BEST! Thank you for everything Kathy! - Missy and Jay read more
